DJ TALESPINN

Jayar aka DJ.Talespinn was born in Virginia, raised in San Diego, CA. In 1992 at the age of 12, DJ.Talespinn was introduced to DJing by a friend (DJ.Jeff). After spending countless hours of perfecting the art of mixing & scratching, DJ.Talespinn started DJing house parties, college, and club gigs. In 1995 DJ.Talespinn joined a DJ group known as Sounds In Style. Being brought into the group he learned alot more skills from his fellow crew members (DJ. Rob-Style, DJ. Essence, & DJ. Seer). In 1997 DJ.Talespinn left Sound In Style to create a new DJ crew called the INFAMOUS DJS with 5 close friends (DJ.Outrage, DJ.Phanatik, DJ. J-Steelz, DJ. Kris-Pee-Pata, & DJ.T-Recks). Around this time Turntablism was really popular. DJ.Talespinn and crew members got into Turntablism ( Scratching / Beat Juggling ). DJ.Talespinn was influenced by the famous ISP (Invisble Scratch Piklz), Beat Junkies, and The X-Men. In 1999 Infamous Djs slowly died out from crew members taking different paths in life. In 2006, DJ.Talespinn decided to start Infamous Djs back up with new crew members.

J-SKILLZ

Jon Aka J-Skillz started Djing in 1997. Spending countless hours perfecting the art of mixing he would eventually enter and compete in the local radio station in San Diego, California Z90.3 FM DJ BATTLE in April of 2000. Though he did not place, the mix-show coordinator (DJ RAGS) kept him in mind if an available spot should come up. It would not take long for the opportunity to arise. In August of 2000, J-Skillz became an official member of the Z90 All-Star DJ'S. J-Skillz would later leave the radio station in May of 2002 due to Clear Channel Communication taking over. J-STEELZ

I am J-Steelz and also known as Jason Abiva. I was born and raised in San Diego and graduated from Cal State University, Northridge located in the Greater Los Angeles area. I have been DJing for 10 years and experienced a lot of changes in the DJ domain from using 12" inch vinyl records to digitalized DJing. Currently, I dee-jay at local bars in San Diego. G-LOGIX

My name is Giovanni, Gio for short. I’m originally from a small city in central California called Fresno. I now reside in San Diego. Growing up, I always had an interest in the art of music, beats, rhythms, and Turntablism so Deejaying to me comes somewhat natural. I was introduced to Deejaying in 2004 by my cousin and continued to pursue it as more of a hobby but now it’s the love of it that keeps me going. I have done a variety of gigs from weddings, birthdays, clubs, and private parties. By far, club gigs are my favorite. To see the dance floor moving to your grooves is an awesome feeling. G-Logix is the DJ name I gave myself “G” is for the first letter of my name and “Logics” (spelled with an X) to have a logical sense of music and rhythm I mix. I enjoy mixing a variety of music from Hip-Hop to Funk, Electronica/House and many more. My Huge influences that got me involved in Deejaying are my Cousin/Family, Friends (DJ J-Steelz, DJ Stick-D, One Man Jazz, DJ Impact), and DJ influences such as DJ Q Bert, DJ Shadow, DJ Vice and Jazzy Jeff. I currently go to college and am a Business Marketing Major. I hope to pursue a career in Music/Radio. I’m a very positive and energetic individual when it comes time to DJ. DJ. BLAZE

Ricky Vazquez aka DJ Blaze has officially been in the game for 8 years now. He was inspired by the local radio station all star dj's along with celebrity DJ's in his early teens. He dedicated his time in perfecting beat matching with vinyl since age 13. At 15 years of age, he was already doing mobile dj gigs and occasional event bookings. He later focused on DJing at night clubs for many special events in clubs such as Zool, Zka, Karma, Mistere, and plenty others on the revolution strip. His favorite clients were Devious Ent. (Angel and the crew) and Latin Thugs Entertainment, and was known by many as the "Megamix DJ" for his sleek scratching and smooth mixing abilities. As much as he loved the game, he dedicated the last 3 years to his new family. DJ Blaze has declared that in the summer of 2009, he will comeback to the scene with memorable mix shows. He hopes that in his return, he can be an inspiration for future DJs for years to come.
